What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 1 piece. We support both sampling and full bulk production, so you can validate a fixture before committing to volume.
Do you offer OEM / ODM customization?
Yes — OEM and ODM are welcome. We customize length, pixel density, input voltage, IC / control type, IP rating, and housing to match your project spec.
Which certifications do your products carry?
Our pixel LED products are certified to CE, RoHS, and BIS.
What is the lead time?
Standard orders ship in 5–7 days from large factory stock in Shenzhen, China. Custom configurations are quoted per order.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer / bank transfer).
What warranty do you provide?
All products carry a 2-year warranty.
Are your pixel products compatible with MADRIX and DMX control?
Yes. Our pixel fixtures run on SPI and DMX512 control and are compatible with MADRIX, so they drop into standard stage and architectural control setups.
